How to change key layout in Windows Vista (all versions)

 

select the language and layout you want as default... click ok and you're done.

notes for setup as we ship: the default "Japanese" layout is for English input on the Japanese keyboard layout on for example Panasonic R6
"English" on the R6 is for US English keyboard layout (if for example you are using an external USB US keyboard with the R6).
