in "Device manager", right click the keyboard & update driver
	Install from a specific loaction
	Don't search, I'll choose
	show compatable hardware
	choose Japanese 106
	Setup the input, right click the "en", "settings"
	Add the Japanese keyboard
	set input language English, keyboard Japanese
	remove the US one (if you like)
